Born and raised in Suffern, NY, Zac started his first business at 18; a successful nightlife and event planning company that handled everything from birthday parties to Fortune 500 corporate events. He used this money to pay for school at the University of Michigan- Ann Arbor where he received his undergraduate degree in Sport Management as well as at the Zicklin School of Business – Baruch College where he received his Master’s in Marketing. Zac has been a certified NFLPA contract advisor since 2016, negotiating over $100 Million in contracts before his 30th birthday. He formed LAA on the principle of what has driven his success to date; LOYALTY to those that support and believe in him.

Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Matt initially interned for Zac at his nightlife and event planning company while earning his undergraduate degree at Syracuse University. Upon graduation, he decided to try his hand at real estate. With a degree in Sport Management however, he found what Zac was building at LAA intriguing and left real estate to join him in 2017. Since then, he’s been an integral part of maintaining client relationships. He is a NFLPA and NBPA certified agent and received his masters in marketing from Yeshiva University. He is LOYAL, driven, and thrives in anything he puts his mind to.

Eric Dounn

Chief Operating Officer

Born and raised in South Florida, Eric attended Johnson & Wales University on a basketball scholarship. He has a B.A. in Entertainment/Event Management with a minor in Marketing. While in school he started his own memorabilia business on eBay and became fascinated with the industry. From this passion, he recognized athletes could instead monetize their own signature exponentially increasing their revenue. He has a knack for understanding each clients wants and needs which goes hand in hand with creating their own unique brand. He is a marketing genius and of course LOYAL as they come.

Joe Curtis

Born and raised in South Florida, Joe graduated from the University of Miami and University of Miami School of Law. Joe has a passion for the full spectrum of Sports & Entertainment with a goal of helping facilitate a renaissance in every area of the industry. He joined LAA as Chief Administrative Officer in 2021 after being Managing Partner of his previous firm’s Sports & Entertainment division. He is the embodiment of LOYALTY.

Zach Warren

Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Zach graduated from Michigan State University and then received his Master’s in Business Administration from Wayne State University. Zach began his journey in the Sport & Entertainment industry working for the Cleveland Cavaliers & JMI Sports. He has always been passionate about making an imprint on the sports industry, connecting with people & getting things done which led him to join LAA in 2021 as Director of Partnerships. He is LOYAL, consistent, resourceful & will always go above & beyond for his team.
